The 24-Hour Crisis Line provides immediate help. They can help you determine if you or your loved one needs professional consultation or emergency services, and will link you to the appropriate services.

  • Warm Line: 1-877-500-WARM

WA Warm Line is a peer support help line for people living with emotional and mental health challenges. Calls are confidential, and are answered by specially trained volunteers who have lived experience with mental health challenges.

  • Teen Link: 1-866-TEENLINK (833-6546)

Teen Link is a confidential and anonymous help line for teens. Trained teen volunteers are available to talk with you about any issue of concern. No issue is too big or too small!

Connect to a crisis counselor 24/7, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the U.S. It is 100% confidential, and 100% free. The Trevor Project is designed to support LGBTQIA+ youth, and has many different ways to connect and create a community on their website. Learn more here.

The Washington Recovery Help Line is an anonymous and confidential help line that provides crisis intervention and referral services for Washington State residents. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support 24 hours a day.

Washington 2-1-1 provides the most current and comprehensive database of community resources in the State of Washington (over 27,000 listings), which serves as a central access point for connecting Washington’s 7.1 million residents to community resources.  By simply dialing the number 2-1-1 or searching the website, people can connect to help when they need it regardless of who provides the services or where the services are located.
